If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, 11kk reserves the right to close all such accounts and void all associated balances and winnings.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through your own mobile banking account
• Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Suspicious transactions may be delayed pending investigation.
• Any activity related to money laundering will result in immediate account closure.

11kk's bonus offers are an added perk for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 15x–35x)
• Only one bonus may be active at a time
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited
• Bonus abuse and claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• If a member does not accept updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw any available balance
